Double Room, Clapham Nth / Stockwell for dog lover

Location:
5mins walk to both Stockwell and Clapham North Undergroud and an 8mins walk to Clapham High Street Overground. Cycle Hire available on the next street across. Various Sainsburys Locals and an Iceland are less than 5mins walk. Lidl, Sainsburys Superstore and other food shops are within a 10min walk. Jetts 24hr Fitness is within a 2min walk, with various PureGyms and The Gym within 10mins walk.

Room:
A double of approx. 7.5sqm, two windows with blackout blinds and tiled floors throughout. Standard sized double bed with firm mattress, full height wardrobes with plenty of storage and we will be buying a small desk, chair and bedside table for the room. All the furniture is no more than 6-months old which is when the flat was refurbished. Further storage is available for your use in the living space, kitchen, and hallway, the latter of which is perfect for coats, suits, shoes and other larger items.

The room has great views toward the Nine Elms (Battersea - Vauxhall) development area in the distance.

There is a TV area and sofa outside of your room which we use infrequently (we have our own TV in our room and we don’t use this space overnight or at other times when it will disturb you) and you are welcome to use this space.

Price:
£730pcm including bills. £730 deposit. UC OK. Minimum stay 6 months preferred, with longer stays possible. Contract will be provided and your deposit will be secured within this.

About Us:
We are two gay guys (together for 2 1/2 years) with two miniature pinschers (Pluto and Tsixla). We are calm, clean, considerate people and we have friends to visit infrequently - you would be welcome to have friends visit.

Matt is into pc gaming, health and fitness, Urbex and works from home as a Personal Coach and Transport Planner; Konstantinos is into Pokemon, DC, Marvel, health and fitness and works front of house for Leon during daytimes.

Availability:
The room will be vacant by the 15th July... Our current housemate has stayed with us for 8 months, and is taking an opportunity to move in with his best friend.
