Clapham high street and Clapham Common are a short walk away with lots of great shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes. The Common is a lovely place for picnics in the summer! There is also a Sainsbury’s local right by Clapham North station and also a big Sainsbury’s on the high street.

Bills are not included and are roughly £70 each a month for council tax, gas and electric, water and WiFi.
