Hi all,

My room is currently available anytime from the 22nd of March. Unfortunately I need to go home for work reasons.

The room is 525 a month plus bills. Comes to about 580 for the month all together.

You will be living with 3 of the greatest housemates. Frejya 25 and Alex 26 are two New Zealand girls that are working professionals and Jesse 27 an Australian male who is also a working professional. All three housemates are awesome and are great to see and chat to after a tough day at work. We have a lounge room where we often convene in the evenings to chat about our days and the world’s problems. The house isn’t really a party house with so many bars within 100 steps we tend to head out rather than staying in.

About the flat...

There are four bedrooms, a kitchen, seperate lounge room and bathroom. The room available is smallish but is very cheap for what you get. Wardrobe, bedside table, bed and shelving all come with the room.

Room is already paid up until the 1st of April so essentially you could get a week in for free as well.
