The flat is the top two floors of a larger house. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and a light, open kitchen/lounge on the second floor.

Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. Good size seating area with comfortable sofas (including a sofa bed). The upstairs space is super light thanks to several large windows providing a lovely breeze.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, mirrored cabinet and heated towel rack. It’s all been fitted to a good standard and is a decent size for the number of tenants. Shower is also super high pressure and it’s been kept clean.

Smaller bedroom available is £650 per month plus a £750 deposit. It’s small but has a double bed, large window, shelf and a hanging wardrobe. The lounge more than makes up for the space in the bedroom and you’d be able to work from home upstairs if you needed.

Larger bedroom is £750 per month plus a £900 deposit. It’s a really good size, has large windows and ample room for furniture. Currently has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, two chests of draws and bed side table. You could easily fit a desk in there to work from home.

Bills are not included in the rent, they come to between £55 and £75 pppm.

Theres on-street parking outside, I paid £75 for the year and it was approved the same day (no waiting list). It’s really near Clapham overground and Clapham North tube (northern line).

Current tenancy ends on October 1st. You could move in anytime between now and then or on October 1st. We hope to renew our current contract on October 1st.
