The area is residential but only a short walk from the happenings of Clapham/Brixton and is ~100m from the Duke of Edinburgh pub (BIG beer garden & sports shown there). Corner shop/off licence across the road as well.

The house has a large decked garden with bbq, table and chairs and the house has all the usual amenities including:
-Washing machine/dryer
-BIG TV (with Apple TV)
-Virgin Wifi
-2 bathrooms (one downstairs & one upstairs)
-car parking available with parking permit
Bills not included but come to £120 per month

It’s a 4 bedroom house and one of the tenants is leaving to go to Newcastle after having been at the property for five years.

There currently are 3 housemates who get on extremely well, in their late 20’s. Two from the States and one from the UK. They work in Markets and Trading, Insurance and one is undertaking his MBA
