Clapham North Station (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street Station (Overground) are a 6-minute walk one way, and Stockwell Station (Northern and Victoria Lines) is just under a 10-minute walk the other, with many bus routes to Peckham, Brixton, and Central very close by

- Rent is £550 ppm, not including bills, which usually come to an additional £80 per month + council tax

- Unfurnished double room (2.9m x 3.23m)

- No communal living room

Accessibility:
- The flat is on the second floor of a beautiful Victorian house with lots of character. There are 18 steps to get into the flat and 18 steps within the flat. The stairwell in the hallway is very narrow

- This flat will be rented through Dexters, which requires a UK-based guarantor, there is a deposit of £770 required, and the contract is until mid-August 2021. You will be taking over the contract from our flatmate, and there is potential for you to stay for another year come August. We will be leaving!

You will be living with me, Corrina; I am 24 and studying at UCL doing an MSc in Digital Anthropology and Nathalie, who is 21 and freelances for ASOS and works at a vintage store. We are good friends and have lived in London for about 3 years now. I am from Canada, and Nathalie is from Sweden! We are looking for someone kind, clean and not a ghost.
