Great location with a 5-10 minute walk from Stockwell, Clapham North and Brixton tube stations, as well as Clapham North overground and numerous bus routes.

We are within convenient reach of parks (including Clapham Common, Brockwell Park and Kennington Park), cafes, shops, pubs, restaurants and other amenities. The area is culturally vibrant and diverse. Our flat sits on a safe, quiet street, which has the benefit of a central location without being on a main road.

Our 3-bedroom flat is cosy but each bedroom is on a different level, which gives us privacy.

Shared with two flatmates, 32 and 37, female, professional, working in the arts (film and theatre), LGBTQIA+ friendly, sociable and also respect each other's space. Our flatmate is sadly moving out after 5 years so we are looking for a replacement.

The room is furnished and has an ensuite. Our housemate will be taking the white cube shelving opposite the bed with him, so there will be room for moving furniture around and fitting a small desk in to work from home.

Bills are up to £80 per month (max).
