Hi! Our amazing flatmate is sadly moving out at the end of February so this double room will be available from March 1st.
The room comes fully furnished, including built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage, and bookcase. The flat comprises several floors, including a bright loft living room with big screen TV and dining area. The transport links are excellent, with Clapham North, Clapham Common and Clapham High Street Stations all within a 10 minute walk from the front door.
You'd be sharing with myself and my lovely flatmate Clare, both working in media. During lockdowns we enjoyed cooking, chatting over a good film as well as the occasional games nights but likewise respectful of each other's personal space. We've worked hard to make the flat a home and are looking for someone who will treat the flat in the same way.
The March rent will be £683 each, after which our landlady will be increasing the rent to £783 from April 1st. Bills are shared amongst us and come to just under £100 p/month each.
We're hoping to hold both virtual and in person viewings on February 1st and 2nd.
