Amazing, spacious double bedroom in beautiful top-floor flat available 12 November onwards. Very bright and quiet with room for a desk!

LOCATION (Zone 2)

5-minute walk to Clapham North underground station and Clapham High St Overground station.

2-minute walk to Clapham High St. which has everything you need including supermarkets (a large Sainsbury's), gym, restaurants, bars, cafes, Venn Street market on Saturdays, etc.

10-minute walk to Clapham Common which is lovely.

THE ROOM

- Desk, which can be removed if you’d prefer without (or you might swap its location with the chest of drawers – I just liked to look out the window while working!)

3-bed, 2 bath (one bedroom has ensuite)

Huge, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and plenty of storage (and a dishwasher!)

Living room with plenty of natural light and a brand new, comfy sofa.

On road parking is available, but you will need to get a permit.

FLATMATES

Two young, professional women (British and Spanish) who keep a tidy flat, are very friendly, always up for a chat, and made me feel very welcome. Equally, they also value their flatmates' privacy. They like to cook and watch Netflix together in the evenings, explore London and are always up for a brunch, pub or dinner when we’re all free. They are looking for a likeminded (female) individual to join the group.

WORKING FROM HOME

We have all had to adjust to working from home but luckily there is plenty of space should you be doing that as well, and you could move the desk into the living room if you like.


MOVE-IN DATE

Flat is available 12th November but please get in touch if that doesn't quite work as there is a bit of flexibility.

BILLS

Approximately £110 per month (includes council tax, water, energy and high-speed internet).

We also share the cost of a cleaner twice a month.


The usual reference checks will be administered by our letting agency and there is a £50 "change of tenancy fee" plus £765 room deposit to be paid to the leaving flatmate.
