Double bedroom in 2-bed flat near Clapham Common

Heyy,

I am currently moving out of my flat and looking for someone to fill in my room from the 20th March for the remaining 6 months left on the contract.

This room is a bright and spacious double bedroom that comes with all the furniture you can see on the pictures. The location is perfect as it's just off the High Street and 5 minutes away from Clapham North and Clapham High Street stations. The agency is quick to reply and comes to fix any problems with the flat super quickly as well. My reason to move is because I found a place to move in with another friend.

The current flatmate is a nice 24 year old professional that loves to read, watch TV and cook super nice meals. She also likes to keep the flat tidy and clean.
