I’m Becky! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy and therefore I am looking for a new flatmate to move in from around the 20th March.😊

The flat is a two bedroom middle floor flat, located 5 minutes walk from Clapham North Station. The room available is a spacious, bright and comes furnished with built in wardrobes.

About me 💁🏼‍♀️
I’m 27 and work as a nurse. In my spare time I enjoying playing rugby, going for brunch and watching the latest Netflix series with a G&T. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and I’m looking for someone else to do the same. I’m sociable and friendly and look forward to getting to know you, whilst also respecting each other’s space.
Ideally I’d be looking for a fellow shift worker.

📍Location:
The flat has great transport routes! Clapham High Street, Clapham North, Stockwell and Brixton are all under 10 minutes walk away. There are also a load of bus routes that run at the end of the road.
There is a range of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms within easy walking distance. Clapham Common is also only a short walk away, great for those hot summer days!

Rent is £850 a month and bills come to no more than £100 a month. The landlord is very responsive and has sorted out any problems quickly.
