Unfortunately our long term flatmate is leaving us, and now we are looking for a new flatty to join this great house.
First thing to note, there is NO deposit required, no agency fees or any additional costs to move in. This a private rental, and we deal directly with the Landlord who is great and responsive.
The house is only a 5min walk from Clapham North station and Clapham High Street Overground. You can also get to Stockwell station in 10-15mins. It is close to the Common and just off the high street.
You will be living with two guys, one Irish (31) and one English (28) both working professionals who get on well.
The room is fully furnished and spacious.
Bills come to around £70-£100 per month depending on the time of year, and covers everything including a fortnightly cleaner and unlimited braodband.
We are looking for male/ female who we get along with, is clean, respectful but is also keen to socialise over a drink or Sunday roast when it suits.
Available from the 31st January but we are also flexible with the exact move in date. Happy to meet and greet you from today!
Any questions, let me know.
