Clapham North flat share located on a quiet street a 2 minute walk from Clapham High Street, 4 minutes from Clapham North underground and Clapham High Street overground.
Within 4-10 minutes of Sainsbury's locals, Superstore and Lidl.
We are looking for a friendly flatmate or couple who are clean, tidy, and easy to get along with.
On offer is a generous double room furnished with double bed, mattress, bedside table, mirrored double wardrobe, chest of drawers and an in-built cupboard great for storage.
There’s plenty of room for a desk and/or other items of furniture. There are large windows along one wall that let in plenty of light.
The current household are a really friendly group of young professionals (two girls and one guy) who enjoy spending time together but are respectful of each other's space. We eat separately, but do like the occasional house dinner or pub trip.
Bills included in the monthly rental price of £1185 are electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax, TV license, Netflix, bi-weekly cleaner, household cleaning products, washing powder, toilet roll, hand soap and household cooking items, e. g. spices, oil etc.
The amount of £1185 remains the same whether it’s a single or double occupancy.
The move in date is the 1st June 2022. The contract end date is 25th September.
Rent payments are due on the first of every calendar month in advance.
