Spacious double in 2 bed flat

My sister and I have recently bought a 2 bedroom flat in Clapham North but are looking to rent out her room initially.

The space:

It’s a two level maisonette with a private garden and entrance in a very convenient location about 7 minutes walk from Clapham North tube and 5 from Clapham High Street on the overground. There is a shared living room and kitchen with two shower/bathrooms. Rent is £850 and bills should be approx £175 based on fixing energy bills. The current owner has done the place up beautifully so we’re excited to move in to somewhere which is ready to go!

Our completion date is the beginning of September and we’re looking for someone who is ready to move in as soon as possible. The pictures give you an idea of the place but our furniture will of course be different (I also want to be respectful to the current owner by not revealing too much of her home but can provide more pictures!)

The room:

Is a spacious double bedroom with wood flooring looking out onto the back garden. It will come with a double bed and built in wardrobe but we may decide to add other items at a later date depending on what’s needed.

About me:

I’m a 32-year-old newsreader/broadcast journalist working for Global. I’m based at the office full time and work a later shift 12-7:30 so am home most of the morning. I love going to the gym, cooking, travelling, eating out with friends, drinks down the pub, gigs, comedy shows - all the classics. I’ve previously had really good experiences with all my housemates and am hoping to keep up my winning streak! I’m looking for someone who is very clean & tidy and I can chill in front of the TV with, put the world to rights with but who is also up for going out for drinks on the weekend.
