Spacious House between Clapham North & Stockwell

1 double room available in a large 4 bed/4 bath house between Clapham North (<5 mins walk) and Stockwell (just over 5 mins walk) - meaning easy commutes on the Nothern and Victoria lines.

The house sits within a gated square away from the main road - with some green space (feels a bit less like London). We also have a large balcony and ground floor deck area.

We're looking for someone to replace one of our friends who's recently moved out - so available immediately.

Current 3 flatmates (3 boys) are all young professionals between 26-28 - we're all social, interested in sports etc, so looking for someone relaxed and with similar interests to this.

Room details:
-- The double room available is on the 1st floor - closest to the bathroom. It has large glass windows/doors that open into the square and a (very) large wardrobe so plenty of storage space.
-- Although not strictly an en-suite the bathroom next door is effectively a private bathroom (which includes a bath) given the other room on that floor has an en suite. It may be used on occasion if others are full but this isn't often.
-- The photos of the room show it prior to our mate moving out, as well as the current move-in state (everything but the wardrobe moved out). The landlord is also happy to purchase a new bed for the room (at no extra cost) - so the room can come with or without depending on your situation.

Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen and living/dining room with a large TV. There is an additional room currently being used as a utility room with a 2nd fridge.

First floor:
2 largest rooms (master and the room available to rent) and a bathroom (effectively private to the rented room).

Second floor:
2 bedrooms and shared bathroom - with a balcony accessible through both rooms. Not available to rent.

Outdoor areas:
- Ground floor outdoor spaces with tables and chairs (near front door).
- Outdoor secure area at the back of the house with a shed (generally used for storage of bikes, golf clubs, etc).
- 2nd floor balcony already mentioned.
