Room to rent between Clapham North and Brixton

Sadly, one of our housemates is leaving the UK and we are now looking for a new addition to the house.

You will be living with a Geospatial Technical Architect, called Dan (that’s me) who used to be in the military in his past and loves pastries just as much as he loves exercise.

An Aussie landscaper, who loves rock climbing and being outside,

And a wiz kid business developer whose general knowledge could put every pub trivia team out of business.

We all like to be healthy, battling with the unpopular opinion that you can exercise off a bad diet.. further to this, we also like to be social, and spend time together binge watching Netflix, or finding awful, but great movies to watch while single handedly supporting some of the local Deliveroo spots we enjoy on occasion. Oh, and we also like to go out for drinks/food as a house too!

The house itself has a patio area for bbq’s in the summer, a basement where you can store everything to your hearts content, such as bikes etc etc.

Rent: £870 plus bills (around £200). The room comes with all the furniture and bed linen (if you want). We are looking for someone to go on the lease from the 6th of July and the lease will be renewed late August.


We are not in a massive rush so want to make sure we find the right person for the house, so it would be an initial chat and showing of the house, and then we’d like to grab a drink with you to find out more 😀
