The property is a very well-located, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom maisonette flat.
The living room is light and airy, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. We have fibre-optic internet (speeds up to 1Gbps).
The living room also leads out into a large private garden which we put decking on last year (current picture is out of date).
The kitchen has recently been renovated to a high specification, with induction cooker, boiling water tap, washer-dryer, and plenty of storage space.
We have one bathroom (with shower) downstairs and another upstairs (separate toilet and shower rooms). The upstairs bathroom has also recently been renovated.

The flat is just 10 minutes from Clapham Common, with plenty of open green space and all of the bars, restaurants and shops that Clapham has to offer. It is also only 5 minutes from Larkhall Park, with public tennis courts and more green space.

Your Housemates:
Jake and Rish are best friends who own this place together and have lived here for 5 years. Jake is a civil servant and Rish works in music events.
Busy social lives so home becomes a safe haven for when we're not out and about - we like keeping it clean, and having people love it as much as we do.
