Double Room with Garden - Clapham North

We’ve got a room in our 4BR share house in Clapham available as our beloved housemate is moving out with her partner:

🏡 you’ll be living with x2 guys and a girl… we’re a mix of Aussies and Kiwis in our early 30s all working professionals so a female us preferred to keep the balance. We’ve been living together for two years and are always up for a chat or a 2-for-1 at our local (about 10meters away). We’re looking for a female around the same age, works in a professional setting (no students sorry), respectful of everyone’s space, doesn’t mind being on a cleaning rota (we don’t have a cleaner) and, importantly, has good banter and doesn’t mind some Aussie/Kiwi humour.

📍 in between Clapham & Clapham north so about 5mins to either station and the high street over ground station. Heaps of buses too at your door step with heaps of food options a stones throw away for when you’re too tired to cook.

🛒 big Sainsbury’s about 200m away, and Little
Waitrose at the station.

🌳 about 5mins from the common so ideal if you love green spaces, and close to gyms as well (one’s across the road and the other is 200m away). We also have a backyard (🚨 yes an actual one).

🐕 we occasionally dog sit a neighbours dog and have some friendly neighbourhood cats that stop by the yard.
