There is 1 room available in a 4 bed house between Clapham North (<5 mins walk) and Stockwell (just over 5 mins walk) - meaning easy commutes on the Nothern and Victoria lines.

The room available as per the floor plan is the left one on the 1st floor.

The room comes with a huge wardrobe that offers lots of storage. The room is available with or without a bed.

Current 3 flatmates (3 boys) are all young professionals between 26-29 - we're all social, interested in sports etc, so looking for someone with similar interests to this.

The house sits within a gated square away from the main road.

Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen and living/dining room with a large TV. There is an additional room currently being used as a utility room with a 2nd fridge.

First floor:
2 largest rooms and bathroom (the one without walk in wardrobe is available for rent)

Second floor:
2 bedrooms and shared bathroom - with a balcony accessible through both rooms.

Outdoor areas:
- Ground floor outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and BBQ (near front door).
- Outdoor secure area at the back of the house with a shed (generally used for storage of bikes, golf clubs, etc).
- 2nd floor balcony already mentioned.
