Bright Double Room in Sociable House - SW4

We have a large double bedroom to rent in our house in Clapham North / Stockwell. The house itself is spread over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and separate living room, which leads out to our own patio and a communal garden. The room is £1000 per calendar month excluding bills which come to around £100 a month. The room comes fully furnished with a new double bed (with underbed storage), wardrobe, chests of drawers and a desk with desk chair (though we can move the desk out if you have your own already!)

Location
It is a 10 minute walk from Stockwell tube station, 10 minutes to Nine Elms stations and 12 minutes to Clapham North, so super well connected to main transport links. We are also an easy walk to Battersea Power Station (around 15 minutes) and Brixton (around 20 mins).

Current flatmates
We are a house of 26 year old young professional women, who all met through mutual friends from University. We are a mix of work from home / in the office and work in actuary, risk and an auction house!! We are looking for a fourth flatmate to replace our friend who is moving across the pond to New York.

The contract has a break clause in October 2025, and runs until October 2026, so a long time until any price rises. However there is a change of sharer option to easily change people on the tenancy if you want to!
We are all sociable and often out and about but are also friends and love watching trash TV / romcoms together for a quiet night in.

We would love to find someone who is like-minded, respectful and looking for a home (not just a room) in SW London!
