The whole property is 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (both shared) on the lower floor and a spacious communal living/kitchen area on the top floor. Less than 5 minutes walk to Clapham North tube station (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street Overground station. Less than 20 mins walk to Clapham Common and Stockwell. Only a few minutes walk from the closest supermarket and all the joys of Clapham High Street!

We are 3 friendly, professional girls looking for like-minded people who want to live in a friendly, sociable space but also have their own independence and fun outside of the house!
We enjoy staying active, socialising both in/out of the house and also a good Netflix binge! We'd love to find people who can be good friends as well as housemates but also respect the need for independence and privacy in the flat.
We split our time working from home/in the office and like to keep the flat clean, tidy and super homely. And we’re all aged 24-27!
