Double room for rent on the first floor of the apartment.

The property is situated a short walk from Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street overground stations. There are two Sainsbury's Locals comfortably within 5 minutes' walk, as well as the shops and pubs on the main road.

Downstairs is a kitchen/living area mainly used for cooking and meal prep. There is also some space for bike storage, and a small patio area at the back. The bedroom itself is upstairs and at the back of the flat so you generally get plenty of peace and quiet, especially at night. It has plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe opposite the bed.

The current tenants are all young professionals and keep regular working hours throughout the week. Interests include sports such as cycling and golf, as well as regular trips to the pub and some chilling at home. We are hoping to keep to this trend and find someone with a regular 9-5 career, the right to live in the UK for the foreseeable future, and an enthusiasm to live in such a great area of the city.

Bills that need paying are gas and electric. These run on a meter and are generally topped up on an ad hoc basis. We tend to save as much cost as possible here and throughout the summer you can expect to pay no more than £25-50pcm.

The new tenant's contract would be taken over from mine with a new start date. After 4 months, you would be free to repeat the process and find someone to replace you if needed.
