Huge room in social Clapham North house

Very sad to be leaving this beautiful home and great housemates after 2.5 years.
We are a fun and social house share in the sought after Clapham North Triangle.

The house: A Victorian house set over 3 floors. This is a 5 bedroom house with a seperate living and kitchen space. The current housemates are 3 boys (Harry, Adam and Ben) and 1 girl (Brìd), all aged between 25-33. It has a back garden perfect for summer BBQ's, modern bathrooms and cosy furniture.

Location: The house is a 5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station, as well as 10 minutes to Brixton station. Both the Victoria and Northern line are on our doorstep as well as countless pubs, wine bars and Clapham high street.

The room: Huge fully furnished bedroom with a king size bed, carpet floors and heaps of storage!

We’re looking for:
A chilled and easy going young professional, ideally a girl to keep th balance. Ideally if you enjoy a social house with flatmates to go to the pub with for a few beers with and a friendly house environment.

Rent is £1250 + £200 bills (all bills including weekly cleaner, council tax, gas, electricity ect) for a total of £1450 per month.

Rolling contract, move in date 1st of March.
