Flatmate wanted- Double room in Clapham North

I’m looking for a new housemate from 1st April to take over a large room in a lovely 2-bed flat in Clapham North / Brixton.

The flat is super well connected:

-less than 10 minutes’ walk to Clapham North (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street (Overground)

-around 10 minutes on foot to Stockwell or Brixton (Victoria Line)

The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian house, so it’s cozy, bright, and quiet. We also have a small extra room that we currently use as a guest room. The kitchen window has just been replaced, and the landlord (who’s genuinely lovely) is planning to update the bedroom windows too. Also, no deposit needed!

The room comes with a double bed and an open wardrobe. The desk in the photos can be bought from the previous housemate if you’d like.

A bit about me: I’m a young queer professional, pretty chill and easygoing. I enjoy a good chat at home but also value my own space and respect yours, so it’s a nice balance.

I’d love to share the flat with someone who values a sense of community at home, rather than a purely individual setup. Sharing some basic values, like being anti-racist, anti-nationalist, antifascist, and queer-friendly, would be really important to me too.
