Two double rooms available in a well-kept flat, 5–10 minutes’ walk from Brixton Station and 5–10 minutes from Clapham North Station. Great location with easy access into central London (I work near London Bridge and the commute is very easy).

The flat is in a gated development with gated parking available (permit required).

THE ROOMS

Room 1 – Large Double with Ensuite
Available from 8th March.
Spacious double room with private ensuite bathroom. Ideal if you want your own space and privacy.

Room 2 – Double Room (Shared Bathroom)
Available from 1st May (may be available slightly sooner if needed).
Good-sized double room sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Both rooms have good natural light and space for a desk if you work from home.

BILLS

Bills average around £150 per person in winter (mostly council tax), and less in summer.

I’m 28, pretty chilled and tidy. I work from home sometimes but I’m also in the office quite a bit. I’m into climbing, football and enjoy a pub trip now and then.
