My brother and I have been living in the apartment for a year and it's been perfect - no issues, perfect location. I'm relocating to Spain so we're looking for someone to replace me from mid-April.

My brother Fran is staying in the apartment. He's Irish (from Galway!), works in public policy and has his own business on the side - usually works from home three times a week. He plays football and tennis, enjoys running and going to the gym. Not a big drinker but very sociable and outgoing!

The location is amazing – 4min walk from Clapham North station, 10min walk to Clapham Common and 15min walk to Brixton. Clapham High Street is right beside us so you have access to lots of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and gyms.

Move-in date from 14th April - ideally no later than 30th April

Rent is 1,300£ per month including all bills and council tax
