I have a generous sized double bedroom with its own bathroom available right between Clapham North and Brixton (8 mins walk to both). It’s managed by a lovely private landlord who is super quick on replies and communications if needed.

Move in date is from 18th April but can be flexible up until the 9th May, my current housemate has purchased her own flat so is moving out.

Its a really bright and airy second floor flat with direct balcony and garden access and separate lounge room. Each room has its own bathroom.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, with all large appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine included, all lounge furniture, bed and wardrobe … the current housemate is taking some small kitchen items with her as well as the chest of drawes and bedside table featured in the photos. secure bike storage is also available. Bills are around £170 each (unless it’s a super cold winter) Its Lambeth council tax.

I am a 35yr old female (originally from Australia but have lived here for 11 years) I have lived in the area for 10 years so know the best coffee and brunch spots and looking for someone who is wanting to enjoy where they live and sees their home as a sanctuary vs a pitt stop, I take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy so looking for someone similar. It isn’t a party flat, those days are behind me!

I work in finance (I am not a finance bro I promise) and am in the office a few days a week, so looking for someone with a similar set up. It wouldn’t suit someone fully remote.
