We’ve got a fab double room up for grabs in our friendly 3-bedroom house in the heart of Clapham North. Available 27 April!

📍 Location
Literally opposite Clapham North Station, so your commute is basically just crossing the road. You’ll have pubs, cafes, supermarkets, and more right on your doorstep!

🌸 The Room:
• A double bedroom
• Sharing a bathroom with one other
• Rent is £950/month, bills not included (+ £900 bond and £50 for the lease name change)

• 3-bed house with a cosy vibe
• Small courtyard
• Lovely landlord and responsive maintenance team
• Bills come to roughly £100–120/month each

🕺 The Housemates:
Sarah is our resident marketing girlie and is in the office four days a week with one WFH day. Natasha works full time as a physio, loves the gym and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. We’re a friendly, social flat and love the occasional pub/wine night!
