A room in our lovely girls share house is opening up!

We're in the perfect location, within a 5 minute walk to Clapham North station (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street station (Windrush Line). Tonnes of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops down Clapham High Street, and the Common is only a 10 minute walk away.

The room is the largest in the house, on the top floor with an ensuite that has a shower & toilet. Windows on both sides, so you'll catch the morning and afternoon sun!

The house has a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, and a backyard for summer hang outs.

We're looking for a girl, mid to late twenties/early thirties, professional, tidy and respectful. Someone who wants where they live to feel like a home. Current housemates have their own social circles but still love a household hang, both at home and at the pub. You'll be living with an Aussie, a Swede, and a Brit!

Caitlin - 28, Aussie, loves theatre and reading, pursuing acting/writing but works in a jewellery store, religiously goes to the Venn Street Farmer's Market on a Saturday
Louise - 25, Swedish, freelance theatre and sports photographer, new to London so keen to explore
Tatra - 26, British, works in the wine industry so can get free wine, loves a dinner party

Rent is £1022.50 (weird amount, we know), and Council Tax (Council Tax Band E) is £52.50 for a total of £1,075.
Remaining bills are around £75-£100 pcm.

NB: Move in date is not flexible, sorry!
