Stuart and I are looking for a third flatmate to take over the single room in our social flat. New tenancy agreement starts on the 19th of April but the room is already available.

The property is located 7 minutes walk from Clapham north tube station and 4 minutes walk from Clapham high street overground. 5 minutes walk to Clapham high street where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants, gym, supermarket and etc.

Rent: £850, bills included

Deposit: £750

I'm a hospitality manager, for most part of the week I'm working or at the gym. On the weekend I enjoy going out, eating out, going gigs, watching football in the pub or having a BBQ in the garden during summer.

Stuart Spikes is an asset manager in the City, usually in the office 3 days a week. Normally spend my free time at Muay Thai, climbing here and there, exploring the city, seeing friends, unwinding with TV or book, and going to museums and art galleries - my degree was in photography, I still love to take photos. I also enjoy a good pub, wine and cocktail bar, and live music.
