Double bedroom available to rent in our friendly, 4 bedroom house with a garden, as unfortunately our friend is moving out to buy his own place. The room is available from the 1st of May, however we are happy to be a bit flexible on the move in date.

📍 Location:
The house is situated in the centre of Clapham North, Brixton and Stockwell giving you easy access to both the Northern and Victoria tube lines. There is a great selection of pubs, cafes, food and retail shops within a few minutes walk of the house.

🛏️ The Room:
• A double bedroom with a work space
• Shared bathroom
• Rent is £1,100/month, bills not included (+£1,000 for deposit)

🏠 The House:
• 4-bed house
• Large garden great for summer BBQs
• 2 reception rooms (living room and dining area in kitchen)
• Bills come to roughly £120–150/month each, although we are in the process of changing utility companies so hope to reduce this

🕺 The Housemates:
Myself, Ethan and Flo work full-time, usually WFH 1-2 days per week. We all have busy social lives but enjoy hanging out in the evenings during the working week, whether this be in the living room watching TV or catching up in the kitchen whilst cooking our dinner.

📞 You:
