Large double bedroom near Clapham North

Hello everyone,

My flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to take his room. Ideally, I’m looking for a male or female aged 20–30. If you’re into sport and drinking that’s a huge bonus.

Little bit about me, I work 5 days a week in the office so will be out majority of the day. Love anything to do with sport, I'm a huge football, rugby and golf fan. Most of my other time is spent out at the pub or Common. I am pretty relaxed however enjoy living in a clean flat so would like it to stay this way!

About the flat:

£1,150 per person, per month
Bills typically range from £200–£250 (including council tax (Council tax band - E, works out roughly £100 per person a month), gas, electricity, water, and internet)
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat
Open plan kitchen and living area
West facing balcony so we get the sun between 1pm to sunset.

I rent the flat through the company I work for, so all management and maintenance is handled directly by me, which makes things straightforward.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to move in from 22nd May, but there’s some flexibility if needed.
