Hi guys, Avalon here!

After 9.5 years living in the UK I have decided to head back to Australia and see how I go! I've lived in this flat for 7 years because it has been so awesome so I'm very sad to be leaving.

We have a wicked team in our flat, Katie & Ryan who you would be sharing with. We also have friends that live in the flat below that we often hang out with as well so we are like a little family. Never be lonely, however everyone has their own social lives going on as well.

Ryan is taking my room so the room available is Ryan's which is cosy but comfortable and overlooks our gorgeous back garden. It's nice and quiet too and it comes fully furnished. We have a great living room where we've currently been binge watching Love Island and we also have a very decent sized kitchen.

Bills come to about £100 per month and gets transferred same time as rent- The £100 covers everything! Even toilet paper and laundry detergent!

Apart from being happy and healthy, we'd love someone who is keen to get to know us, have the odd wine in the kitchen over a meal and who is happy to pitch in with the cleaning.

The flat is in an awesome location, right in between Stockwell and Clapham North tube stations so access to the Victoria or Northern line tubes. Also we have night buses at either end of our road that take you all the way to Camden or along the Strand wherever your night might end up! Clapham Common is a 10 minute walk away and we are about 5 mins walk from the high street and a huge selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Its a lovely area to live.
