The House:
Opportunity to join a lovely, excellent-value house share in a large 4-storey home on a leafy, quiet road. We are perfectly located for the hustle and bustle of Clapham High Street with incredible transport links (Northern/Victoria lines, Overground, and Clapham Junction).

The house underwent a full refurbishment in 2021. You’ll have access to a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining area (with dishwasher), living room and a garden with two lovely social zones.

Inside the house is non-smoking but of course, you can smoke in the garden etc.

The Room:
One large room available from 25th April. It has been recently redecorated with new furniture, including a King-size Ottoman storage bed. (Note: Photos of the room are being updated—come and see it in person to truly appreciate it!)

The Household:
We are a household of gay male professionals. This is a happy, safe, and calm space where people stay for an average of 3–5 years. We enjoy each other’s company and respect individual space and independence. Our "party animal" days are behind us, so harmonisation in this works well.

About You:
We are looking for a mature (35+), trustworthy, full-time professional with an engaging, happy demeanour. We would ideally like to welcome a woman (straight or gay), a gay man, or a trans person. Being clean, tidy, and happy to "pitch in" to keep the house a home is essential.

Please note: Due to the house dynamic (people working from home during the day, deliveries etc.), we don't recommend this place for people who do night shifts. The ideal applicant will be over 35 years old.

The Details:
Rent: £1,200/month (All-inclusive).
This covers all bills, a regular cleaner, gardener, and household essentials (washing powder, toilet roll, milk, cleaning materials) plus Netflix/Amazon subscriptions.

Move-in: 1 month’s deposit + 1 month’s rent in advance. References, ID, and an employment letter will be required.
