Flatmate wanted - double room in Clapham North

I'm looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in a two bed flat share in Clapham North.

About the flat
It's a first floor flat in a terraced house and split across three levels so it doesn't feel too cramped. We’re a short walk from Clapham High Street and Brixton is also round the corner.

The rent is £690 a month which includes water, gas and electricity. Council tax, broadband, TV license and cleaner (twice a month) is on top of this, which is around £120.

The room is not huge but there is under the bed storage, space to fit a collapsible desk for home working (the pic is of my workstation courtesy of Amazon to give you an idea!), and the landlord is happy to buy additional storage - it will need a new wardrobe.

About me
I'm 36 years old and I work in Internal Comms for a health and life insurance company in the city. I enjoy keeping fit - I regularly go the gym and play tag rugby at the weekend.

I also enjoy doing the usual things - going to the pub, cinema etc, though I’m quite happy with a quiet night in front of the TV, especially during the working week.

I'm looking to share with another sociable girl who likes a cuppa, bit of a natter and Netflix after a hard day at the office. If you’re a party person – it’s probably not the pad for you!
