Cosy room with double bed, period furniture’ bedside tables, 2 wardrobes & dressing table with 2 chairs, grey carpet.

Idéal flatmates
Looking for a professional person. Would suite 2 friends.
Needs to be respectful of others living in the house.
Needs to be able to clean up after themselves. Empty rubbish, wash floor. Clean bathroom, as appropriate.
All mod cons available to be used, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen.
Large new TV in the cosy living room.
The area:
Brillant location with access to Clapham North (5 mins walk) or Brixton/Stockwell (10/15 mins walk) as well as CLAPHAM High Street for over ground trains.
The area also has numerous facilities such as grocery stores, coffee bars, restaurants & bars within walking distance.

Nitty Gritty Infos:
I have a contract which will need signing with the deposit.
There is a cleaner who comes every other week for a clean of the main areas & cursory bedroom clean but bedroom is your responsibility & there will be an automatic cleaning fee on departure.
Personal items, general necessities and food/beverage are not included in rent but main household bills are.
