This property is just 4 minutes walk to Clapham North & 10 walk to Stockwell Tube station 🚉. You will be very central and within short distance of Central London

The area is fantastic where you find restaurants, bars, banks 🏦 Post office 🏤 and the Amazing Clapham Common, with Battersea Park and Brockwell Park not far away.

The house is calm, has a great kitchen diner as well as a living room for watching TV and a well planted garden.

This is a calm house so please don't apply if you are expecting parties.

Kitchen is a social hub, for housemates, friends and family, for coffee & chats and dinners.

The garden has space for a BBQ and relaxing on the sun-bed.

Easy going house mates wanted who can look after themselves, look after the house, clean appropriately, environmentally conscious, understand the idea of trying to be plastic & chemical free, can recycle and think of the household as a community rather than separate bedsits.

I like to go for walks or just be out, anywhere that’s green. Also been doing more cycling recently. Like Art Galleries, museums and photography. I also like to potter around the house, tidy up, do art/photography and domestic stuff. I like playing music, Radio 2/4/ or Alexa, Spotify & audiobooks.

I work from home, which means my clients do come to the house and at these times, do need a bit of privacy.

Would appreciate someone independent but social, mature and responsible who knows how to change a light bulb & use a vac and doesn’t mind using it when necessary.

Includes all main Utility Bills but not your personal shopping & everyday household shopping such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc. This is a house share, not a hotel, Airbnb or meant to be bedsits.

Room has a white draw chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, new Ikea desk with chair & red angle poise lamp & small cabinet for hanging clothes with hangers.. Room also has wooden floors. Looks on to the side return & sunny back garden. Decorated with a Matisse poster and mosaic fire surround.

Duvet, pillows with protective covers, and bedding is available if needed.

Ideal person needs to be able to clean up after themselves and maintain house standards, and be considerate with regards to others. All mod cons available to be used, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. Don’t need any more stuff.

The area:
Brillant location with access to Clapham North (5 mins walk) or Brixton/Stockwell (10/15 mins walk) as well as CLAPHAM High Street for over ground trains.

The area also has numerous facilities such as grocery stores, coffee bars, restaurants & bars within walking distance.

I have a contract which will need signing with the deposit. I will need work references, previous accommodation references & a guarantor in case of financial problems. This is a happy house and I'm looking for happy positive people.

Your bedroom is your responsibility. however, there will be an automatic cleaning fee on departure.

Personal items, day to day necessities and food/beverage are not included in rent but general main household bills are.
