We are looking for a fun, outgoing and tidy flatmate to move into our friendly flat in a superb location in the heart of Clapham.
Age bracket 32-45.
The double room is £750 PM and available from 1st week in Mayl so ideally we are looking for people who can move in fairly quickly.

We are all working professionals but also love to have fun. We are all really chilled, easy going bunch, love a good laugh and also love to travel and explore as much as possible.
The room is bright and fully furnished with new carpets that have just been laid.
Our flat has two bathrooms so you will only be sharing with 2 others.
The rent includes Sky TV.
Additional bills of £130 cover broadband, gas, electric, council tax (band D) and water rates. We also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
Pubs, bars, restaurants and Clapham Common are within a stones throw from our front door.

The overground and underground are within 150 mtrs of our home so it makes getting anywhere in town or out of town super easy.
