Double room with en suite

I have a great double bedroom with en suite and generous storage up for grabs.

Great shared space with all the amenities and communal area, really well suited for small gatherings and cocktails!

There is also an outdoor area shared with two flats downstairs which is great for locking up bikes off the road and I have left my old gas BBQ there.

Flat is 6 minutes to C North or Stockwell (v handy) and 7 minutes to Brixton. Great for commute, bars, restaurants, cinemas.... I could go on!

The building is a 10yr old rebuild flat so everything is in pretty good condition and I had nice big built in cupboards put in.

I was in the room for 5 years, 2 with my partner and loved living there, there's plenty of space in the bedroom for those with a bit more stuff!

We're living close by so I self manage at the moment. If this proves to be inefficient for tenant or myself then I will review mid-year and speak to agencies.

The current other tenants are great chaps who have put a bunch of great work into the place. They were spare room finds and have been superb, it is important that we all get along!
