The bathroom has a power shower and bath with a newly installed combi system so you have instant hot water when needed. There is a separate w/c room

The flat is beside the first bus stop on King's avenue so within easy walking distance of Clapham North, Clapham Common, and Brixton.

The tenants are 2 professional males both from the North of England. (Danny is a chartered accountant and Blake works in recruitment) who are 24 & 25 years old, friendly, and both are very tidy. It is an organised household which would be lovely to live in. Both guys are social but they also get the balance right so that privacy and private time is respected
