Great Double Room in Clapham

Unfortunately we are losing a housemate - she is off to the Alps. We've been a happy household for last two and a bit years. Hopefully we'll be as lucky to get another great roommate on this search.

During our time as housemates we've enjoyed both hanging out together and equally doing our own thing as well. We were a relatively relaxed house during the week, enjoying chilling in front of the TV the evenings (we might have had a 2 v. 1 win on the trash TV front!) or catching up over a glass of wine or heading out for dinner or a gin & tonic or two at the weekends. Ideally we are looking to keep this great vibe we had in the flat and am looking for social person that wants to make the place their home.

About the current housemates (your potential future housemates)

I'm an accountant that works in the city, I enjoy socialising and trying to keep fit (gym 5 mins away from the flat) or getting out and about and exploring London!

Our other housemate is a visual merchandiser who likes dancing and Pilates.

House details:

The room up for grabs, while the smallest in the flat it still comes with good storage (chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and space under the bed) and is bright and spacious. Will be sharing the main bathroom with one other.

The flat is in a great location:
5 min walk to Clapham North tube station or 10 mins to Stockwell
5 min walk to Clapham High Street
10/15 min walk to Brixton

Move in date is flexible: could be the first or third weekend of November.

Some admin:
- Bills are around £100 per month but typically are a bit less than that.
- Deposit is £817
- Checking with agency about fees as they might have been scrapped now.
