ABOUT ME:
Hey there. I am a freelance theatre professional who had periods of being away on tour, and periods of working from home a lot. I love cooking - dinner parties are a big love, entertaining, seeing friends. I try and go to the theatre and cinema as much as I can. With Covid this has changed a fair amount so spend a lot of time at home and would be nice to have company again - but I do like my own space too.
ABOUT THE HOUSE/ROOM:
Flat in a Victorian house, on a quiet road minutes from Clapham North Station. Perfect for commuting into central London. Clapham has great transport links (bus, tube and train), plus good bars, lots of really good restaurants, and plenty of shops on the high street.
Large airy room with double bed, a large wardrobe, desk, bedside table and chest of drawers.
Nice living area with large TV, DVD, freeview, broadband etc.
Bills (Elec, Gas, Water, Broadband, TV license, Council Tax) come to approx £275. Divided by two that's approx £140 per month.
Bathroom with bath, shower, washing machine.
