Amazing Houseshare with Double Room

We have a great double room available in our fun and social house share in Balham! You'd be living with 4 super chilled people who like keeping busy with work and gym in the week and having fun on the weekend. We all work in different jobs (PR, Communications, Fashion and Consultancy) and all met on SpareRoom and have become friends. We aren't looking for a ghost but someone who is up for getting involved in house life. We do all have our own groups of friends and stuff going on and are respectful of that too.

The room is available from now and is £748 (inc bills). Bedroom comes furnished with bed and wardrobes

We have a garden and great open plan living area which we take advantage of on the weekends with BBQs, dinner parties and spending Sundays hungover full of regret. Location-wise, the house is 5 minutes walk from both Balham and Clapham South stations, there is a bus stop at the end of the road and lots of shops, cafes and bars very close by. Clapham Common and Tooting Common are both within walking distance. There is an Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, M&S and CO-OP all within walking distance.

Jessie - 26, is a relationship manager, loves bottomless brunches, nights at the pub and Gemma Collins memes

Total rent is £748 each month, which includes all bills (wifi, cleaner, gas, electric etc). The house is managed by a great estate agent and the landlord is quick to respond to any queries. The bedroom comes furnished with bed and wardrobes.
