Large Double in House w/Garden (Clapham/Balham)

We have a large, bright double bedroom available in our lovely 3-bedroom house, close to both Clapham and Balham.

The house has a big garden (perfect for BBQs and drinks - when COVID permits!), a large living room and separate dining room, and a kitchen with washing machine etc. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

Current housemates are two sociable, professional females, aged 25, who work in Consulting and Account Management. We love cooking and eating, and trying to make a dent in our ever-growing gin collection, but also enjoy a chilled Sunday in front of Netflix!

The room itself is a really bright, spacious room - it comes with a double bed (with new mattress), built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, and was painted very recently. The house is also on a quiet residential street, so is perfect for working from home.

In terms of amenties, everything is really close by! Clapham Common is at the end of our road, and Clapham South station is a 5 min walk away. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets (Clapham South, Balham and Wandsworth Common) are also within a 10 min walk..

Bills are not included, but come to about £70 each a month.
