Looking for one person to join us in our Clapham South / Balham flat from early September. It's a lovely double room with a large window, lots of wardrobe space, and a comfy bed.
The flat has a really homely feel, is bright, spacious and well proportioned, in a nice area between Clapham South and Balham - about 8 minutes walk from either station. It's a great place to live with loads of brunch places, bars and market stalls on a Saturday.
The living/dining room is warm, sunny and quiet on the days when you're at home, and is a great place for dinner parties. There's a separate spacious kitchen, solar panels on the roof to help with the electricity bill, and a great little garden at the back, which is lovely in the summer. Bikes can be kept in the front garden. There are good cycle routes into the city and west end.
You'd be sharing with three friendly young professional women. Charlie who works for a leading FMCG company, Amandine who works at one of the embassies and Sam who works in education. We are between the of ages 23 to 27 and are looking for someone who fits in with the current dynamic and is looking for a home not a house (cliché but true).
All the bills are shared out equally and come to around £94 per month. Council tax band D.
