Rooms For Rent In Clapham

Hey everyone!

I am moving back to my childhood home in Clapham at the end of January and I am just trying to get some idea of what people are looking for!

DUE TO LAST MINUTE CHANGES WE WOULD LOVE TO INTERVIEW PEOPLE TODAY AND TOMORROW! We are looking for someone that can move in from 21st - 31st Jan ♥️♥️

Two of the rooms are filled and we are hoping to fill the final room after a last minute change of plan!

It's currently being rented by young professionals and it is a really lovely 4 bed house (garden, reception room, dining room and kitchen). It is situated opposite the common and is a 2 minute walk from Clapham South tube station (amazing location for commuting when we are back to doing that!)

Myself, Ellie and Beth would love to find a housemate that is up for having dinners/going out but also having nice nights in together and being more of a house of friends rather than a house of people that eat dinner in their rooms (nothing wrong with pizza in bed post night outs but you know what I mean ahha).

Obviously with the new tier 4 in place we will be spending a lot of time at home, so I think it is really important to find someone that wants to get through this together! There will probably be a lot of boozy take away nights in and movie nights after work, and possibly (but probably not) group exercising if we can force ourselves too - if this sounds up your street please give me a message! It's also important to us that people can have friends/boyfriends/girlfriends popping in and out as we want the house to be a place for dinner parties/garden parties etc when the rules permit it! Obviously we all work and it won't be party central, but we are all quite outgoing/friendly!!

The room is a double room with a shared bathroom between two people, and the room (as pictured) can fit a desk and has great storage.
