Newly Decorated Double room in Clapham South

We are looking for someone to join us in our gorgeous flat, with a spacious living room and balcony.

A well lit, newly decorated double room, that comes with a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobe and under the bed storage. The room is immediately available.

The flat is located a 5 minute walk from Clapham South station and 10 minute walk to Balham station. There is a large Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and Co-op all within a 10 minute walk of the flat and we are also directly opposite a really nice pub. We are in the middle of both Balham and Clapham so there is plenty to do.

You would be living with 3 sociable and friendly young working professionals. Alice (29) Bethan (26) and Lydia (26) we all do a mix of WFH and working in the office

We do all have busy lives, but won’t shut ourselves in our rooms when we are at home and always enjoy catching up over cooking/eating dinner, and one of us can almost always be convinced to have a glass of wine, play a board game, or watch a trashy reality tv show.

We would like some social but this is not a party flat, and would like someone who respects that.

We are looking for someone who wants to call this home and not just a place to crash and store your stuff.

Our landlord is really easy going and we have direct access to a handyman should any problems arise. Rent is paid to the landlord but we sort all bills which are normally between £70-£80 per month.
