This is a lovely flat in Balham/Clapham South and I ve always been super lucky when subletting it + people really enjoy it and it’s the perfect solution to look for your own flat.
We have a beautiful terrace and loads of space.
The room is bright spacious and comes with en suite bathroom.
I am quite flexible with the dates, but I am looking for someone respectful and clean to live with my amazing flatmate.
I am happy to remove as many of my personal belongings as possible.
