Double room to rent in lovely flat with garden!

Hello potential new room mate 🙂

We are Georgia & Patricia and are looking for someone to join our lovely home, as our current flat mate Julia is sadly moving back to Austria. We are both 29 and work full time - Patri (Spanish) will soon be starting a new job as an embryologist in Harley Street, and Georgia (Welsh) works in event fundraising for a mental health charity (currently at home full time but usually in Stratford). We only met ourselves through the flat but have become good friends since and really enjoy living together :)

We have both been here for a few years and it's definitely come to feel like home. It's a warm and cosy flat with a beautiful garden. We want you to feel at home here too and any keen gardeners would be very welcome!

We like spending time together and there are lots of evenings around our big kitchen table in the winter and in the garden at summer. We are out and about a lot more at weekends but both really appreciate time spent at home. We are respectful of each others space and alone time but also really value the flat feeling communal.

The room itself is a good size with a window facing the back garden, so nice and quiet. It comes with a chest of drawers and a rail if you want them and our landlord has agreed to provide a bed if its needed. The rent is £616 and with bills it comes to around £700. We deal directly with the landlord who is very communicative and helpful.

The flat is a Balham address but 5-10 minute walk from Clapham South tube and there is a bus stop at the end of our road. It's a 10 minute walk into Balham and 20 mins into Clapham. We live near to both Clapham Common & Tooting Bec Common. There are lots of cafes/pubs/restaurants etc. near by but the street itself is leafy and residential.
