Beautiful House - Social - 1 Room Available

Hi future housemate!

We have two lovely double rooms in a highly sought after location available.

The Location:
5 mins walk to Clapham South station, 10 minute walk to Balham underground, as well as multiple buses on our door step. Not to forget, a plethora of wonderful pubs and cafes in walking distance!

The Housemates:
You would be living with Susana who works in Finance and Lily who works in Marketing. We are a super friendly bunch who love to have a laugh, hang out, watch rubbish TV and a drink together.
We would like to find someone to join the fun- which usually consists of netflix binges, pubs, dinners, nights out, and (trying) to keep a healthy lifestyle!

The rooms:
Both are well lit double room with large windows, bed, built in wardrobe, and carpet flooring. The first room is slightly smaller and therefore a little cheaper.
The house itself has great natural lighting, a large sized kitchen, a lovely shared living room with a open plan layout. The dining room opens out onto a sun trap garden equipped with outside furniture, BBQ and space for bikes.

The boring bit:
The rent for the smaller room is £750, and £800 for the larger room, plus bills (usually this comes to around £100 total, give or take, depending on time of year etc). The bills go into a joint house account which we all have access to, and use spare money for essentials such as toilet roll and house cleaning products.

The smaller room is available from 8th of September and the larger is free from the 28th of August.
